Review: Star Spa center has a banner on the front of the establishment advertising an hour massage for $35 however, the message only last for 30 minutes instead of an hour as they false advertising. In addition, they force you to tip the masseuse $10 for her time. I find this kind of business practice very unusual and unethical since they collect the fee at front for the "1 hour message" so, one has no way to complaint or request money back.Desired Settlement: I will like to be partly refunded for the time they did not service me and the additional tip imposed as I understand the customary tip on a massage should be 15%. In addition I have like an explanation as of why they demand the tip to be $10 (30%) on $35 service.
