Review: After I purchased a 2006 Lexus in late Sepptember 2014 [redacted] - sales offered me a deal, If I brought anothe rcar he would give me a $2000 discount. I looked and found a 2013 Acura ILX. I told [redacted] to I wanted the car,but I have to come back tomorrow. I called the following day to make a appoinment to come get the car. [redacted] stated "Someone purchased the Acura I wanted, and that person is having the car delivered to them." I was very upset. [redacted] showed me more cars that I was not interrested in. I told him I did not want any car expect the 2013 Acura. Suddenly he has a 2013 Acura in stocked. This time he said this particular car I cannot giv ea $2000 discount. I wanted the car so bad I just got either way. When I went to get the car I waited from 11am - 4pm at the dealers just for the Acura to show up. My appointment time was 11am. Finnslly when he shows me the car I realized It was the same car he showed me, that he said he sold. The car was not clean, no fresh wash. I waited two hours for the car wash man to come, and I asked [redacted] to give me another key because he only gave me one. He stated the other key is at the other dealers office. He also stated he will mail me the other copy, becaue I live an hoour away from the busniess. The next day I realized my tired was flat. I had to purchase a brand new tire, than the following week my car died. The battery was bad, had acid all over it. I had to get a new battery. Im still awaiting for my Key, has not cam in the mail. Its Now mid Nov. I called [redacted] today I asked if he can send my key that he promised he would, he stated "I dont have your key!" I asked to speak to the [redacted] and he stated I would have to come to his office the [redacted] does not speak on the phone to customers.Desired Settlement: I would like my Key for my car, I afraid [redacted] will steal my car for the fact that he lies and has my address. I dont trust him he is bad for busniess.
