We have asked the client numerous times to please bring in or send us the local dealers price comparisons he...
refers to and to date has not provided any. This complaint is simply someone who is looking for somebody else to pay for their vehicles repair needs. We do regular price comparisons (see our web site) to insure we are competitive in all areas. He conveniently does not mention he was provided with a free loaner vehicle of which he agreed to and signed off on that he would replace the fuel he used. The loaner was returned empty with no offer from the client what so ever for the fuel. Even before he picked up his vehicle he posted negative comments on various social sites. In my opinion this was an attempt to bully us into lowering or simply giving him the repairs for free of charge.
