In September of 2014, I purchased the refrigerator from L***The ice maker didn't work from the very beginningL [redacted] used the company "star Appliance & AC Service" to help me with repair5/8/the person who was sent to us, spend min on repair and said " should be working now" and leftHe appeared to be nice and we were happy that the problem was solvedHowever, the refrigerator didn't work so I called the L [redacted] again and they scheduled service one more timeOn 6/8/the same person came, spend min on repair and said ice maker will work now, wait 15-min, I don't see nothing wrong with it".I trusted his expertise! After he left frigde ice maker still is not workingI called them next morning and the lady told me to call L [redacted] and schedule another appointment with themI said that this is not wright to keep scheduling appointments for the same problem, for the third time! I was more disappointed with her then the actual tech because she kept sending me to L [redacted] and telling me that I need one more service.I tried to explained to her that refrigerator is not working and that L [redacted] will try to referral me to them again, she kept saying call l [redacted] ! I called L [redacted] again and I was told that the company reported to them that is nothing wrong with my fridge and is working correctly! They lied to L [redacted] twice about it, and made me look as I just want to replace the fridge! My refrigerator is still not working and I am disappointed on how my problem was handled between L [redacted] and this company! They didn't earn any stars in this case
