Review: Went in for a manicure & pedicure. $24 not bad. When I walked in no body greeted me, I just got stared at & had to ask if I can get my nails done. Was in there for an hour and a half. A while after leaving I noticed air bubbles. Annoyed, I went back and asked for my money back. The girl told me should could do my nails over in ten minutes. Which we all know, won't be dried then considering I had to go out to a dinner. I asked again for my money back and I was told no. I couldn't believe that. My nails look like pancakes on a stove that are ready to be flipped once the bubbles appear. Absolutely angry. Will never go back here again and definitely not recommending it to my friends. I'd have better luck with a 4 year old giving me a manicure. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if I could get a refund considering I spent time and money there, and they completely denied giving me a refund. I've work in customer service for years, and the way they handled the matter, I find to be ridiculous.
