I received the response from my complaint about Staples [redacted] in [redacted] *** While I appreciate the token payment of $25, it hardly recognizes the difficulties I had with at least four employees of that store.They did not provide adequate customer service There are training issues that needed to be addressed.Rudeness, impertinence, incompetence, defensiveness, anger and refusal to wait on me do not constitute good customer service.Again, I would not recommend that store to anyone
