I had a lease agreement from August to August with Lapham CompanyThis property management company made unreasonable charges in order to keep more than half of security deposit I emailed them a couple of times about collecting my deposit, they have told me that they closed the casethey are not just and honest when it comes to do business with them They sent me photos of different apartment to proof that I caused damage to unitThey will do anything to keep money that is why I want to put the word out thereBe careful if you want to lease an apartment with this company

I lived in an apartment managed by Lapham for years and everything went wellThe apartment was clean, and I did not have very many maintenance issuesWhen my lease was up and I moved out, they worked with me to help get back as much of my deposit as possible

Got a move in discount! When we moved in, there was one thing missing - one window did not have blindsI called Lapham and the next morning the new blinds were in placeGreat service that helped me out a lotI recommend highly

I had the pleasure of dealing with [redacted] this afternoon in which they had moved a [redacted] into the basement of my home. These guys were amazing, knew what they were doing and were extremely efficient.
I had called at 12:40pm and the safe was picked up from [redacted], and in my basement unpacked and set up by 3pm.
Best part is that they were so careful during the whole moving process that my floors, walls were totally untouched. I 100% recommend these guys and will be referring them to all my friends and family!
