Review: I received a prescription from their doctor for eyeglasses three different times. I had to pay the money upfront which was $228.00 and the first pair of glasses I received we're blurry and I could not see through them so I returned them. I got another prescription and got another pair of glasses that gave me a massive headache. After this I went and asked for my money back and they would not return and said they would check my eyes again. The next pair I received gave me a headache again along with an earache. After this I just wanted my money back. I called their 1 800 number and they said they would not return my money. They said they would give me another set of glasses but not refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $228.00 back if possible and sever all ties with this company.
