Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am satisfied with the resolution that my daughter's account is now a zero balance, but the customer service still has a lot to be desired.On 7/15, I received a voicemail from Keystone that they wanted to talk with me about how they were going to resolve my complaint the person that called indicated she would be out of the office starting Friday, but that someone would be monitoring the voicemail and responding if I called them back.On 7/17, I called and left a voicemail.On 7/21, I called and left another voicemail.As of 7/23, I've not received any kind of communication back Perhaps they felt by posting the resolution with you that they no longer needed to contact me Either way, they committed to contacting me and never did This has been my experience with them for more than a year.There is no need to keep this case open I just wanted to state that they still have customer service/process issues and I wouldn't recommend them where another choice is available Regards, [redacted]
