Good morning, this is [redacted] in Burlington. Regarding the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com with [redacted]
[redacted], DBA as [redacted]'s Tree Service, [redacted] came to my house this morning and explained why he did not return for the balance of the work on the contract. Due to a series of problems, a broken motor on a bucket truck, a pick-up truck not working delayed his return. He offered to do the balance of the tree service in the front yard but I declined his offer in return for a refund of the work not done in 2012 or after that. [redacted] agreed and wrote a check for $1100 of the $3300 I paid in advance for the tree trimming in our front and back yards. I am satisfied of the outcome of the complaint and thank you for your help.
