Review: We purchased a shed from [redacted] and ask them to recommend someone to install this for us.

They gave us the name of [redacted] and [redacted] called. He gave us an estimate of $165 an hour and we agreed on $125. I mentioned this was a lifetime shed and the size and if there company had someone who had installed many of these he said one of there best people [redacted] had installed many. I emailed Stan's Fireplace with the photos reflecting the quality of work that we received by one of the best employees. The photos showed that the floor was not properly connected [redacted] caulked it afterwards and said it would be good for 20 years, because he did not install the floor properly and had the floor backyards he had to take a pair of tinsnips out and cut a new hole where the door pivot was to be.

The work was done on 6-13-14. I was not going to say anything but as time went by the floor got worse and the caulk [redacted] put in separated. I sent the company an email 12-17-14 and received no response. I also sent an email 2-16-16 with no response. I called the secretary [redacted] today she said [redacted] is no longer working for them and they no longer install sheds. She said she would have The owner call me.Desired Settlement: I doubt the floor can be corrected and the skylight has caulking hanging down and I just noticed one of the shutters is upside down. The only way to resolve this would be a refund for the shoddy workmanship. We hired this company in good faith after they stated they had installed several of these sheds.
