Stanley did not service [redacted] because he was behind on payment and his account has been moved to collections. Stanley can help remove this account from collections and also lower the amount that is owed by [redacted]. That is the most we can do to resolve this complaint.

Dear Revdex.com,[redacted] has forgot to inform the Revdex.com that his issue has always been with payments. He has had a problem from the month Of July August September and October. Stanley warranty has cancelled his contract for non payment and he is in collections as well as the other co-owner for this account [redacted]. Stanley has removed all the fees every time [redacted] and [redacted] have declined on payment totaling $144.00. There is still a past due balance of  120.00 plus 150.00 in cancel fees total owed and in collections is $270.00. Stanley respectfully request that the NJ Revdex.com close this complaint out since the customer [redacted] has been accommodated more then enough and his balance is still due. Respectfully Resolutions Department

Dear Revdex.com, The technician went out to customer house and established that the parts are no longer available due to age of the item. Claims department offered the customer a $250 reimbursement for the item needing repair even though the amount as per the service contract is $150. thank you

The reminding balance is $855.00 that she has been moved to collections.[redacted]R  agreed to make a 7 payments  and has only made one. I am rejecting this response because:  I tried to make a claims several times but wasn't able to get through on their provided contact numbers. When prompted to leave a message I did, several times. I made many many calls and received only endless wait times.  STANLEY IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FACT that their customers were not able to make a claim...because Stanley didn't answer their phone calls, or return their calls when customers left messages. It's very easy for Stanley to pass the buck here...claiming that the customer never made a claim, etc. The truth is, we weren't able. All one has to do is Google the Stanley name and all kinds of complaints come up for the same things I went through. I WANT MY COMPLAINT TO STAND. THIS COMPANY IS NOT JUST NEGLIGENT, IT IS INTENTIONALLY TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND THEN DISAPPEARING. I WILL NOT BACK DOWN. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND MAKE RESTITUTION.

Dear,Revdex.com[redacted] is not due any type of refund he went ahead and lied to his bank and told them that he never heard of Stanley nor did he ever authorize any charges. Stanley asked for this to be closed since [redacted] has already been refunded by his bank. Respectfully Resolutions...

Stanley warranty is lying.  I’ve not received any check from Stanley warranty as of 11/18/15.  Once they send me my money, I’ll close the
complaint.  Can Stanley Warranty verify with their A/P Dept. if Check was ever cleared from their bank account? Thanks.
