Stanley’s Tree Service • Review: Tree Service Trim treesCut up and removed trees and branches due to Monday, March 5, wind storms in Fairfax County, VA On the first day, we had agreed that he and I would meet at my rental property at 1pm to assess the work and provide me with an estimateThe contractor called at 2pm, to say he would be another hours late He also insisted that he never agreed to meet me at 1pm only to call me Which or course he did not do So after waiting another hours, in which he did not show up, my wife and I departed the rental property at 3:30pmLater he called me at 4:30pm to say he was finally on site at my rental property, and began work after we agreed on price of $1,He called back at 7:45pm to say the work was completedAll that remained was for him to haul away wood However; he claimed his truck was two small to carry away all the woodI contacted my tenant who confirmed everything the Contractor said I asked the contractor if he would meet me in Loudoun County, where I lived, to receive paymentI told him I could not drive far as I was not feeling well He became enraged and insisted I come back or I send my wife by herself to meet him in Haymarket at night to pay himI listened to his venting and threats patentlyWhen he settled down I said I'd come to Haymarket to pay himUpon arrival, I asked him about the collection of the remaining wood at the rental property He became enraged again! Claiming he could not wait to be paid after all the hauling was done as we agreed, as he had to pay his employees for the work they performed at my rental property that evening He promised to get the remaining wood from the rental property by Wednesday, March 7th Even after exactly phone calls and text messages, as of May 19, 2018, the contractor has not returned to my rental property to collect remaining wood Despite repeated promises to do so I would never use his services again or recommend the use of his services!!!!!!!!!!!
