The original refund check was mailed out to the physical address of [redacted] it was however returned to us and we received it yesterday 8/24/16. We put it back in the mail yesterday 8/24/16 addressed to the P.O. Box. We apologize for the mishap and for any inconvenience's this may have caused. Thank you for your patience.
We appreciate your apology having to do with our dissatisfaction. We also appreciate sending your workers back a second time in a timely manner. However the problem we stated before are still just that. It would do little good for you to pay us a visit because I have already cleaned the carpets myself. I felt it was necessary because I was having a party on the deck and also have had overnight company. So you would not see the carpet as it was. In addition, dumping the dirty water on the blacktop would have left a stain so I scrubbed it off. we have a large area of blacktop & much of it is downhill.My husband and I would appreciate our money back. A lot of time & effort have been spent trying to clear up this problem.Sincerely [redacted]
