Review: on 12/16/2013 I contacted Stanley Steemer shortly after my dog urinated on my carpet. I just purchased the carpet on 09/05/2013, so I decided to call a professional to deal with the urine. I specifically said I wanted it out and did not want the urine in the pad. They arrived approx 4-5 hrs later and dealt with the pee. That evening I noticed the pee smelled much stronger and the few inch stain smelled up a much larger area approx 2 or more feet. At no time during the conversation with the person who set up the appt or the crew who performed the service did they say there is a failure rate on the "enzyme" they use to treat urine. Only after I had them come the second time did the crew member say "sometimes it just doesn't work." I paid $103 solely to eliminate and treat the pet stain smell. It is much worse now. I contacted a manager who says there is probably nothing that will be done because I was not given a 100% guarantee that it would work. I was not unclear in what I was hiring them to do and the service was not performed and the issue is exacerbated. I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: $103 refund issued to card.

The first action that was done was listing to the customer phone call that are CSA took she stated that The deo/enzymes was the best product we had for her and did not tell her it was a guarantee. We also cleaned three times for her on the last cleaning the manager went out to discuss the issues letting her know that it has more then likely gone into her pad and we don't not clean past the backing the customer came to the decision that she would rather have it cleaned one last time instead of getting her refund back for the deo/enzymes @ $28.00
