If I could give 0 stars I would. There was nothing about this service that went well. The cleaner arrived at my home around 3:45pm and left by 4:15pm. I had a large area I requested to be cleaned that could not have been completed in 30 minutes including any set up and take down needed for the services. Technician never asked what areas needed to be cleaned. The carpet is still visibly dirty and chemicals were left in my carpet as a result of him not fully completing the job. When talking to the manager he claimed his employee’s meter had ran for an hour and we were lying. After he said he would write it off and not charge us, he proceeded to hang up the phone call while we were talking. I genuinely have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business. Do not use them. You’d be better off just replacing your flooring than trying to get them to complete an actual job.

Not only was he very thorough and professional, clean and efficient ,but he was very courteous and pleasant as well, having good people skills-not be taken lightly, as he is a representative of you.

Review: Paid this company over 200.00 to vacuum, steam clean and deodorize a piece of furniture. They went through their normal sales pitch of showing me a cloth attached to a vacuum nozzle and all the dust and dander that was removed. They spent the entire time trying to up sell products and not do the job I hired them for. I just purchased a hand held vacuum an used on the same piece of furniture that they cleaned. To my astonishment and disgust the first cushion I vacuumed was so filthy it filled the canister of the hand held vacuum. I reached out to Stanley steamer with a response of an email that someone would call me and to this time they have not.

Review: I called Stanley Steamer to get my carpets cleaned mainly because my one bedroom had dog urine in it. I set up an appointment on the phone where I was told after the cleaning "there may be" a urine smell if not purchasing a separate cleaning called the enzyme. When they came this morning to clean my carpets it was two young men with hoods on. They started cleaning at 8:21am and we're done two rooms and a hallway by 8:45am. I was told each room takes about 15-20 minutes. Also, the cleaning men told me it will enhance the smell when we clean unless you pay 58$ extra for the enzyme cleaner. I said no thank you that was not what I was told on the phone. When they left I called Stanley Steamer right away and was told by a representative I was told it will enhance the smell. I told him I was not told it will. I asked him to play back my recorded call with the person person I spoke with and to transfer me to a manager. Then a manager named [redacted] who would not provide me with her last name played my orevious recorded call where the first representative told me " it may " not " it will ". [redacted] insisted I was informed when me and her both heard my previous call where I was told false information. She said she could send someone out to do the enzymes but I would be charged. I asked to speak with someone higher then her she transferred me to [redacted] where his voicemail said he would be on vacation till January 4.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back or it to be cleaned the correct way I was told with no pet urine to be smelled through my home.
