I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This has already been done, item was packaged and shipped back at my expense. The graphics card was not shipped with original packaging or manufacturer paperwork. (Why is another minor issue that should be dressed) and company refused to provide a return shipping label. 
I have not had any communication from the "business" except this stall tactic.
