Review: I have been robbed for my money several times by http://www.srt.org/index.html. The way it happens is that when they issue their transfer tickets, they sometimes have given me the incorrect ticket rendering the ticket useless and forcing me to have to pay again because instead of giving an inbound ticket they handed me an outbound one. The real headache is when I don't have coins to pay for another one way ride because of lack of change, I end up getting off the bus and having to wait for another bus to come by. This friday it happened again in Patterson, CA, there was a festival here and the bus stop where move elsewhere without previous notice. The original bus stop did not even have the location of the relocated bus stop. I had to call and wait on the phone over 15 minutes before someone answered and gave me an address that did not correspond on the map 2nd st & I, which if you google that address you eventually figure out its HighWay 33, so 2nd st doesn't really exist on maps. The fare is only 1.50 it's not a money issue as much as its an inconvenience and overall headache. On friday I was forced to pay twice as much because the previous bus drivers had issued the wrong ticket. I called their office number and the gave me the run around regarding their manager by two employs named [redacted] & [redacted]. [redacted] said to call on Monday for a refund, [redacted] said they don't issue refunds and refused to put me on the line with her manager. Am I supposed to accept this? It makes me wonder how many people they must do this to on the daily and because of the low amount of money exchange you can assume it goes unreported.Desired Settlement: If I could get a couple of day passes or even a month pass I would appreciate it alot, since they are responsible for me arriving late to several appointments including job interviews and such.
