Review: I received a phone call in August of 2011 to become a member, I stated that I was hesitant since my business was barley three months old at the time and couldn't afford much spending. The gave me the smallest package and told me about their black-book. This one item attracted me a great deal since I needed more publicity and I agreed to pay 423.88 USD on a credit card that has since been cancelled. I also paid 209.34 USD later for the rest of it as I couldn't pay it all at once. These 2 amounts covered the 3 year membership and the black book-or so I was told! I called them in January 2012, March 2012, June 2012, August 2012, November 2012, and made a final attempt in January 2013. in January and March I was told it was on its way and than delayed. In August I was told they were perfecting it and it would be here shortly as they had just sent it to the printer. In November I was told they were perfecting it and it was it was on it was-at which point I gave them a business talking asking them how they expect more money when I ordered something sixteen months previously and have yet to receive it. At this point they gave a free life membership-and told me I would have it by December 2012. I have made numerous email and phone call attempts since than but have failed to revive a reply I am absolutely disgusted with this business. to make things worse I have been receiving phone calls to talk me into becoming a member. when I already am a "life member".Desired Settlement: To receive my money back and have no further contact from this agency.

Response:
Dear [redacted]r,
Please be advised that an amicable resolution was reached with the complainant, [redacted], on 6/**/13. It was agreed that she would remain a member with us and we in turn would credit her account (via check) in the amount of $289.00 as well as waive any future dues or fees associated with her Platinum membership. A letter was sent to and returned back signed by [redacted] in confirmation of this agreement (see signed letter as well as a copy of the check).
Sincerely yours,
