It is impossible to get anyone to call back. I have been waiting a month now to get a response from doctors for my undiagnosed medical condition. This is the third time this has happened. Not one person has called back. I have left multiple emails and called leaving messages to 3 different offices and have received nothing back. They have a terrible complaint department. Their so called "patient relations managers" or whatever they want to call themselves do the exact same thing that I have been doing for the past month. No one will call me back with any answers. I finally received a call today from the rheumatologist asking why I was calling and they said they have no messages from me, they had no idea what I was calling for. This is so infuriating. I am sitting here disabled over my stupid leg and these people aren't doing a [redacted] thing about it. I have been in constant severe pain for a year and a half now. This is ridiculous.
