We installed an engine in the customer's vehicle. The customer has had different issues with the vehicle that had nothing to do with the installation of the engine. Company manager told the customer that either Stanford Automotive and Repair, Inc or another mechanic should repair the additional issues. She would have to charge for the additional repairs because they had nothing to do with the engine repairs. Some of the additional issues were the battery cables were corroded, the brake system had an issue and a few more and that had nothing to do with the engine installation

We have spoken to the customer and resolved this issue.
