Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information they are giving you is incorrect!! I am the purchaser of the policy in This policy is not for my husband!! I reported thisto the Revdex.com before the person who responded to this spoke with me about not being able to get the information My name and [redacted] 's name are on the policy!! Again, every time I call they give more lies!! They must have removed my name off their records over the day as any other time I called in past years I received information!!! Last month when I called, The so called manager even verifyed my name being the policy holder!! Plus, she know that it is NOT my husband's policyThey need to get the facts straight!! Again, their dates are incorrect for payment!! I have the papers to show!! This is being reported to the insurance commission based on research of the company THey have a "B" Rathing with the insurance ratings and I have been told by experts in the field that "B" is for BAD and not to do business with a company that has this rating!! They are falsifying information!! Sincerely, [redacted]
We were mistaken that it was his wife This is apparently his mother.Under the terms of this policy, the Insured (not her) becomes the OWNER of the policy at age I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO STATE THIS MORE SIMPLY -- THIS WOMAN IS NOT A PARTY TO THE CONTRACT, HAS NO RIGHTS UNDER IT, AND IS *NOT [redacted] OUR CUSTOMER WE CANNOT BREAK THE LAW BY GIVING HER INFORMATION ON THIS POLICY This is legally no different than if your neighbor called and wanted a copy of your personal financial information It's not a question of whether we want to or not, WE ARE LEGALLY PROHIBITED FROM IT I hope the Revdex.com can understand this -- that there is no middle ground to be found here THIS WOMAN IS *NOT [redacted] A PARTY TO THE CONTRACT.In addition (not necessarily relevant) our "B" rating is from A.MBest, on a Scale of A+ through F It does not stand for "Bad" This should close this matter If the Insured (her son, apparently) wants a copy of this policy, or any information regarding it, we are more than happy to give it to him WE HAVE TOLD HER THAT She called back literally every two minutes for a while simply to harass our employees I would certainly assume that the Revdex.com would not allow complaints about a company from people who are not customers of that company She has paid the premium for her son, but she is NOT a party to the contract Stated again for clarity: Even if we WANTED to give her this information, WE ARE LEGALLY PROHIBITED FROM DOING SO SHE IS NOT THE POLICYHOLDER SHE IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER IF HER SON WANTS TO CASH IN THE POLICY FOR ANY ACCUMULATED CASH VALUE, OR TO GET A COPY OF THE POLICY, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE FROM US, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE IT TO HIM, BECAUSE HE IS THE OWNER OF THE POLICY -- NOT HER
The person making this complaint is not our customer. Her husband is the policy owner and we can only speak with him about policy information. We explained that to her. This was a policy purchased on her now husband's life when he was three years old. He is the owner of the
policy, and our customer. We cannot give information out to anyone who is not the policy owner.Regarding the billing question: our records show that the bill was sent on 12/27/2017, with a due date of 1/8/2018. There is a grace period starting 1/8/and ending 2/8/in which the bill must be (and was) paid. The bill was sent days before the final lapse date. Her complaint here is not valid. To summarize the most important point: she is not a customer of our company. We are prohibited from giving out information about any policy to anyone other than the policy owner

WE CANNOT BREAK THE LAW BY GIVING HER INFORMATION ON THIS POLICY. This is legally no different than if your neighbor called and wanted a copy of your personal financial information. It's not a question of whether we want to or not, WE ARE LEGALLY PROHIBITED FROM IT. I hope the Revdex.com can understand this -- that there is no middle ground to be found here. SHE IS NOT THE POLICYHOLDER. SHE IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER. IF HER SON WANTS TO CASH IN THE POLICY FOR ANY ACCUMULATED CASH VALUE, OR TO GET A COPY OF THE POLICY, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE FROM US, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE IT TO HIM, BECAUSE HE IS THE OWNER OF THE POLICY -- NOT HER.
