I am rejecting this response because:
The business said they would fix this problem, but on December 11, I received yet another promotional message (e-mail) from this company
Even worse, they sent me e-mail with a renewal notice stating that my subscription expires on 12/26/when in fact my subscription is paid through 5/29/16! This company has no idea what it is doingAs a result, I am rejecting their responseAgain, I do not want to receive any e-mails or promotional messages from this company, including notices to renew 5-months before my subscription expires!

issue although two days late and after 3 phone calls (with no return message) and one email. Although I finally received the issue (this is the second time in a row) I feel their customer service department is totally lacking in efficiency for not responding so we can determine what the problem with deliveries actually is so it can be prevented in the future.
