Review: I have called [redacted] on a number of times. I recieved a package that was the person that lived before me. They never rang thre door bell so I couldnt refuse the delivery so I would be sent back. I have called them and requested that they come get it and they say oh someone will be there the next day to pick it up. Well its not happening. I have told theses people that its from a pharmacy and needs to get back right away. The lady that lived where I live now had disabled kids.Desired Settlement: I want them to come to the house and pick up the package they dropped off.

Went to see the Robert Kelly show tonight. Unfortunately, we were effectively refused entry. My wife and I (she is disabled from a stroke, and forced to use a walker) were told by one of the staff that we would have to take the elevator back to the ground floor and stand in line at the bottom of three flights of stairs. When I asked him how he expected her to climb the stairs, he indicated that it was not his problem, turned away, and ignored us. I probably should have insisted on seeing the manager, but I was seeing red and ready to blow up on someone, so I crumpled up the tickets, tossed them and we went home. Absolutely will never frequent this establishment again. Always liked your club and have been a VIP member for quite a while, but you can take me off your list, we will never come back and I am advising everyone I know (and people I don't know) to stay away.
