Stand Out Advocates

I hired Stand Out Advocates to help advocate for my daughter in a school meeting. I had provided the assigned representatives from Stand Out Advocates the information I wanted to be discussed in the meeting. The Stand Out Advocates did not provide the services I had requested. Instead they created a controversial and tense environment for my daughter and I during the meeting. The Stand Out Advocates did not provide the services I was told and I had requested. When I called the Stand Out Advocates to discuss my concerns, I was told no one was available to talk with me. When the representative who attended the meeting called me back she agreed I would not have to pay more money, since I had already paid $450.00. I received an invoice for an additional $***. I asked the representative to follow up regarding the invoice and she said she would. I never heard back. I received a call regarding the amount I am to pay and I explained the situation. Stand Out Advocates are taking advantage of vulnerable individuals who need support and over charging for services. They do not advocate for the children as they advertise and they take advantage of the situation.
