Hi,I looked into the matter and although I was out of the office to give MrC [redacted] an immediate response, J [redacted] Sales manager, tries to contact MrC [redacted] and spoke to MrsC [redacted] and had given them a partial update with a sincere apology for the inconvenienceThe matter with the plates unfortunately has been held by DMV in Sacramento and with all out effort and inquiries, it should all be completed and done by the end of next week January 20th, I understand the frustration and the inconvenience and I like to add my sincere apologies as wellThis is not but unfortunately sometimes the DMV for some reason takes a little longer than normalPlease let me know if you have any other questions!
