Stamp's Pool Service

We have had our car at Ted Russell Ford for over a month now and they have still not satisfactorily repaired the vehicle. We have been told one excuse after the other. They have charged us a total of $1700.00 and we still do not have our car repaired and back to us. We will never use this dealership again. During this experience we have been told that technicians have been let go, they have a new Service Manager and it appears that no one there really knows how to work on Fords. We just feel we have been given one excuse after the other.
