In responding to case #[redacted] regarding [redacted]’s complaint Jaguar Land Rover Huntington has taken the appropriate steps to remedy the situation and the customer relationship. First, JLR Huntington made arrangements to pick up the customer’s vehicle and left a Loaner Vehicle for her to use....
The vehicle had an intermittent noise which required the technician to drive a appropriate distance in order to duplicate the complaint and identify the problem. Once the technician identified the rattle as a lose heat shield we were able to finally complete the repair. In addition Jaguar Land Rover provided [redacted] with a complimentary first service which was due on the truck and a full detail before returning the vehicle to her home.
