Issues:

I believe this vendor is engaging in fraudulent and deceptive business practices:
1. I never agreed to a refill policy. It was not disclosed on the original invoice or at any time during the original online order process.
2. I never received the so-call refills which were automatically allegedly
sent in less than a 30 day period, even though the refill are supposed to be 30
day refills. I was billed within 14 days before the so-called 30 day refill.
3. To automatically opt in is a devious and obvious marketing ploy that is
misrepresentation.A classic bait and switch canard.
4. In any case the refill cost is clearly exploitative and unjustified based on
the listing of contents on the label.

I therefore have referred the matter to the FTC and the AG of Florida, since the business is domiciled in Fl to investigate this business and shut them down from exploiting others.
