I am very sorry to hear that you were
disappointed in the time taken to complete your moveI understood during my visit to your home that you would be moving most of the boxes yourselves and that we would be moving mainly the large itemsI did speak with ***, the van foreman who was assigned to your move and he relayed the following:
- there we numerous boxes that were moved from all throughout the house
- the packing was not fully completed, so it was difficult to load some of the boxes that were not fully taped
- the basement and garage were very full
I did take a very thorough list of what was expected to moveAs an example, the basement, basement bedroom and garage had a total of approximately pieces between them to moveI do know that *** had mentioned that they would be able to help out with moving the boxes, but as you can appreciate this would have taken more time to doHe did say that his moving van was completely full and that being the case, it would seem to support the time that was taken on move day
I do make a very concerted effort to match the crew size and the truck size with what is expected to moveFrom an estimating perspective, I would have allowed for a crew of men and a larger truck if all of the boxes and a larger volume of furniture were expected to moveI would be very pleased to speak with you by phone if you would like to discuss this furtherIt may make it a little easier than by emailAs well, I would be pleased to forward you a list of what I had noted that was expected to go during my walk through of your homePlease let me know what would be convenient for you
