Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/04/21) */ MrChung booked an appointment to have his van checked out in our service department and than get an estimate on the repairafter doing the diagnosis and giving the estimate he was given the bill and informed that the charge for the diagnosis would be deducted from the repair bill when he wanted to do the workif MrChung wanted an estimate to repair a vehicle and already had a diagnosis why would he book an appointment and than bring his vehicle in for diagnosis and not merely ask for an estimatewhen I contacted MrChung he said he already had his vehicle repaired by his own mechanicI talked to the service advisor that dealt with MrChung and there was doubt that we had done exactly what he the customer had asked us to dothere may be a communication problem or language barrier, however I feel we have done all that we are prepared to do for MrChung
