Review: We ordered a stair railing at the beginning of February, 2014 that was supposed to take 5 weeks for completion and we still have not received our railing. The company does not respond to phone calls and only responds to about every third email we send. He sent a picture of the railing a while ago and it looked black and we ordered brown glaze and it looked like the mounting brackets are on the top of the railing not on the bottom- this would result in the pattern being upside down.Desired Settlement: We want

1) the stair railing to be delivered to us

2) we want the railing to be the color and mounting orientation

3) an apology and explanation

4) significant discount

5) an immediate phone call about the status and delivery
