I am rejecting this response because: This business was very dishonest from the very beginningI do not wish to do any further business with themI would like to submit pictures of the horrible job they did to further proof how incompetent they are as a cleaning service companyWhen I spoke to the owner I told him I couldn't have them come in to my home again because I couldn't afford to have my carpet wet for another daysI am requesting a full refund
Mr [redacted] called into our explaining his frustrationHe explained that he was unhappy with the service and that a hole was put in his wall by the tech He mentioned that he already made an agreement with the tech to deduct $for the damage done to the wallHe then went on to explain that the carpets were not cleanWhen [redacted] booked the appt we asked him if there were deep spots or stains and he stated "yes"We explained to him that when the technician comes out he will go over the carpet and if anything additional is needed based off the carpets condition it would be done only upon his approvalHe agreedWhen our tech arrived he did just thatThe carpet was soiled and needed a deeper treatmentMr [redacted] refused any additional treatmentThe tech explained to him that there was no guarantee on the basic steam clean since a deeper clean was neededHe understoodWhen [redacted] called to complain we explained to him that there was no guarantee but considering what he already paid we would like to send the tech back out to do the deeper clean that was originally needed for the small travel fee of $ He refusedAfter explaining the situation to the owner he instructed us to refund another $when he called backWe never heard back from Mr ***
If Mrs*** would like she can forward us an estimate from different companies and we can further access the damage in order to decide what we need to do to take care of the problem

This customer is covered in our 30 day guarantee. We tried to solve the problem by sending the technician out to redo the problem areas. The customer refused.
