NO! Vendor never prepared a Gift Certificate or credit to meas she said she would do. I went to shop to use the credit she said she would have next to the register. Cashier rung me up but owner took the merchandise I was purchasing and said she changed her mind. She lied and I wasted my time trying to claim the adjustment she promised

All of the information is somewhat true except I will detail the trail of events 1st email, she states that she was overcharged on an item in my store I explained overcharged is when a clerk charges her more than the ticket price 4/She wanted me to match the price of the item
she purchased from me to and *** listing She stated it was $cheaper on *** & wanted money back 4/- she then changed to money back amount to $26.30.4/Now she said the amount on *** is $less than my price.I then felt as if I was being coned I've been in business for years & never had anything like this 4/I ask for a copy of the reciept & ask her if the back was stamped "All Sales Final." She said it wasn't but she never emailed me the back of the register tape.4/ She emails & says she didn't want to wait any longer for my decision. 5/- She states she's waited for months & if she doesn't get something by Friday, she was going to the Revdex.com with a complaint I explained that it's very busy at the store & I don't even open my emails One, I don't have time & two I don't do business that requires emails sometimes I go for a week or more without looking at emails. 5/She said in email she looks forward to me taking minutes to send her a credit by weekend She wanted a gift certificate email to her I told her you can't email gift certificates I also found out in previous email she lived in area 1/time I wrote if you live here why would I email you anything If I decide to give her the money she could come to my store May at 6:pm I wrote I have given much consideration to her request & also ask other business people if this ever happens to them & they said it sounds fishy & no they haven't. I wrote to her I would prefer she return the item for a full refund (even though we are going out of business & all sales are final) I would make an exception & refund her money in cash I ask her to notify me when she is coming so I for sure had enough cash to refund her I explained that the item she bought I only profited $& if I gave her $back, I would make $ Also the item on ebay or amazon are items the seller never purchased from a supplier They sell an item & they notify the supplier & the supplier drop ships it to customer The seller profits $- while sitting on the could at home as a middle man I, on the other hand purchased $worth of inventory & profit $& still have to pay mortgage, electric, etcSo that to refund her money in cash I told her there was no reason to email me back On May she came into my store with copies of here emails & tried to get my employee to give her $ I overheard the conversation & ask if she got my email about returning the item & she said she did but she wondered if I read her email & I stated again that was my last in I stated clearly that I would take her item back & give her a full refund in cash I told her the store is closing May 31st so come back this week if you are returning She said I would need to bring a ladder to her house in Blue Bell & taking the window down if she were to return it I explained if you go to *** & buy an item & then you see it in *** ***, do you ask ** *** for money back or do you return it & go buy it at ** *** She agreed that you would return it & go buy it at ** *** I ask her why is it different in my store We do have price matching but it clearly states that well will try to match or beat a price It's for in stock items only & must be a time of the sale I think this lady has issues & was just trying to extort money from me It was obvious when she showed up unannounced on Saturday morning & tried to talk my employee into giving her money
