Well first when I went to buy the 4 wheeler the sales man first tried to sale us a 4 wheeler without a title. Then one that was broke and need serious repair. Then when we finally agreed on one he walked around for hours making us wait for approval. And his manager was supposed to get 4 wheeler ready. That did not happen right before they close they took it back to service to wash and found out that the wheeler had a non working gas pump which they had to order. ( they did give us a loaner) They where very rude all day and no organization. We started at 10:30 we left there at 430 that evening ridiculous. .We had the wheeler about 3 weeks when it quit us. I took it back on Tuesday April 30th and they told me they would look and give me a call the next day and rush it in.. No call as of today Friday May 3rd.. I called them and got service told them who I was and asked about the bike the person on the phone said it is being worked on and that is all he knows. I told him I was told it was to be looked at by the shop manager Wednesday . The man on the phone got rude and said everyone wants there it Yesterday. I never got upset I just asked what they found out and he hung up on me. This is terrible business practice. But the only game in town and I am knew to 4 wheelers this has been a bad experience from the start. . I dont know if they will cover anything since it was one day after 30 day warranty. They should but the rude not caring behavior I dont know how they stay in business.
