Stahl & Sons was wonderful to work with! They were able to come out to as the problem the same day, worked within our budget, and had installation completed on schedule. All the things you could hope for when your AC is out in a 90* heatwave!

I absolutely would not recommend this company. They spent 5 minutes diagnosing my furnace as unfixable and were happy to send me a quote for 3,000+ to replace 2 weeks later. When I decided not to use this company due to their lack of ability to respond in a professional and timely manner, the receptionist (who was rude, condescending and manipulative) lied about mailing a quote but seemed to have no problem mailing a bill. This cost was never disclosed up front and I would have never agreed to it had I known this business was just out to make a quick buck. Their website states they offer free home estimates which they did not honor. I had to have another contractor come out and my furnace was repaired, labor included for $330.
The receptionist decided today, 3 months after the fact, to call and demand payment while spewing threats of sending me to collections every different direction and claiming the company that actually fixed my furnace was unsafe.
Multiple attempts to speak with the owner have also gone unanswered.
Save yourself the time, money and headache and go with a company that values customer service and honesty.
