I arranged to have *** and crew stage a vacant home prior to putting it on the market To make it more convenient for the stagers and save them some money, I agreed to let them store their furniture and accessories in the house for about a week while we had some finishing touches done Several days after their things were in the house, we had a flea infestation which, I believe came from their rugs or sofa Not wanting it to get worse, I rushed out and bought flea bombs and spray and immediately fumigated the house, twice I asked *** to deduct the $for the flea sprays from my invoice and she was indignant and decided to pull the plug on the whole deal So for $20, they missed out on a $1,000+ transaction I found that rather bizarre So I got to store their stuff for free for a week, got flea bites on my legs, I'm out the $and we get no staging Very short sighted view on customer service, I think
