Thank you Stagecoach Auto for being so quick and reasonable I needed my brakes done quickly, since I have kids and I need transportation You really helped and your price seemed very reasonable My brakes work great now!
Complete displeasure doing business hereInitially, my car was brought in by a family member to have a lug stud replaced, and a stripped hub bolt removed and replacedAn inquiry about changing the rear brakes was also madeDue to initial confusion, which the employee had no problem blaming on the part-time receptionist who is 'not really good at her job', only the lug stud was replacedCost, $41, and I supplied the replacement stud(Which I come to find out today, that it is a simple, quick process for which they have a specialized tool)The estimate for the rear brake job was just shy of $400! When I brought the vehicle home in order to change the brakes myself, I come to find that two of the other lug studs were cross-threaded using an impact wrench, which was the same reason the initial lug stud needed replacementAfter completing the brake replacement, I returned the vehicle to ask why the hub bolt was never replaced, and report the cross-threading of the other lug studAt this point, I was told about the initial confusion over the work order, and the employee also tried to justify the careless work of cross-threading the other two studs by saying that damage like that happens every time lugs are removedAfter insisting by my part, he agreed to replace the lug studLuckily I had initially purchased two studs just in caseSo today, I dropped my car off, during which I simply asked the same employee how much it would cost to removed and replace the stripped hub bolt, since I also had an extra bolt as wellWithout giving a direct price, or any price for that matter, he stated that they might be able to simply work the bolt out without much effort, and not be required to drill it outI was told to fill out a work order, listing what I wanted to be looked at I included replacing the stud, which was agreed before to be done without charge, and to look at the stripped boltAbout an hour later, I am called to be informed that my car is readyGlad to have my car work finished, I return to the shop, only to find that simply removing and replacing the hub bolt was $plus tax! Never was that price quoted to me! Avoid this deceitful shop at all costs

Complete displeasure doing business here. Initially, my car was brought in by a family member to have a lug stud replaced, and a stripped hub bolt removed and replaced. An inquiry about changing the rear brakes was also made. Due to initial confusion, which the employee had no problem blaming on the part-time receptionist who is 'not really good at her job', only the lug stud was replaced. Cost, $41, and I supplied the replacement stud. (Which I come to find out today, that it is a simple, quick process for which they have a specialized tool). The estimate for the rear brake job was just shy of $400! When I brought the vehicle home in order to change the brakes myself, I come to find that two of the other lug studs were cross-threaded using an impact wrench, which was the same reason the initial lug stud needed replacement. After completing the brake replacement, I returned the vehicle to ask why the hub bolt was never replaced, and report the cross-threading of the other lug stud. At this point, I was told about the initial confusion over the work order, and the employee also tried to justify the careless work of cross-threading the other two studs by saying that damage like that happens every time lugs are removed. After insisting by my part, he agreed to replace the lug stud. Luckily I had initially purchased two studs just in case. So today, I dropped my car off, during which I simply asked the same employee how much it would cost to removed and replace the stripped hub bolt, since I also had an extra bolt as well. Without giving a direct price, or any price for that matter, he stated that they might be able to simply work the bolt out without much effort, and not be required to drill it out. I was told to fill out a work order, listing what I wanted to be looked at. I included replacing the stud, which was agreed before to be done without charge, and to look at the stripped bolt. About an hour later, I am called to be informed that my car is ready. Glad to have my car work finished, I return to the shop, only to find that simply removing and replacing the hub bolt was $82 plus tax! Never was that price quoted to me! Avoid this deceitful shop at all costs.
