Stage Left Dance Academy

My daughter auditioned for performance dance at Stage Left. She was placed in three performance classes in August 2019. By November 2019 she had suffered a foot injury due to one of the performance surfaces. She also was extremely unhappy at the studio. We made the decision to drop the performance classes. At this point I had already paid for two costumes, a jacket, leotard, leggings, and jewelry. I received the leotard, leggings, and jewelry in November before leaving the studio; however, they will not give me the jacket and costumes. I have emailed the owner, ***, several times asking for the jacket and costumes. I finally received a response this week and she claims I owe her a $*** re-choreography fee per routine. That equals $*** in fees I owe.

I asked she deduct my fee and reimburse me the $*** or she reimburse me $*** and give me the Lyrical costume. Her response was, "You're funny, you just provided me with an invoice."
As a consumer I just want what I already paid for.
