Review: on 3/3/14 around 10:45 I went into restaurant to order breakfast to go I purchased a French toast meal and biscuits and gravy meal with potatoes I get home to start to eat my biscuits and gravy and it had a burnt taste to it I called and spoke with owner [redacted] and gave her my complaint about food she stated it wasn't burnt and basically I was lying I asked for a refund of my meal for the biscuits and gravy she said she was refunding me any thing and I was trying to get free food she said she tasted gravy and it was fine and hung up on him . customer service was horrible and her comment were very disrespectful.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund at 26.00 that I paid . I would have been ok with a remake of the dish but her comment of me lying and trying to receive free food I now want my money back due to poor customer service

The customer called me with a complaint on her to-go biscuits and gravy saying her gravy was burnt, she wanted a refund. The gravy tasted good to the cooks and me, and we had no complaints at all that busy Sunday morning. I told her to bring it back and I would be glad to replace it with something else. She interrupted me loudly exclaiming, "Not burnt? You're calling me a liar?" and started hollering and cursing at me. I tried to explain to her she had to return it in order for me to reimburse her for the meal but she said she wouldn't bring it back. Thank you, [redacted]
