All customers are offered a payment history and letter of recommendation when deemed appropriate. When allowed SVF will report as much back dated data as the credit bureaus will allow. Like other financial institutions account notification calls are made if an account is not in compliance with the terms of the contract. In severe circumstances accounts are assigned to outside repossession agents to help cure the issue.  Staffordville Finance has applied to report credit through a major credit reporting agency but is still waiting for approved.  No incorrect account data has been relayed to any credit reporting agency.  Customers are welcome to call and discuss options with the lending institution at any time as well as there is no early termination fee making refinancing through a larger bank possible at no expense to the customer.
