To Whom it may concern: I am responding to the sent complaint number ***. This gentleman came in on Saturday around noon for safety and inspection. His car was taken in for the requested inspections. His car failed for safety due to tag light not
working and exhaust leak. While my inspector was performing inspection he noticed that the sunroof was opening and closing by itself. ***, my inspector came up front to let the customer know of it and his response was, " Yeah, I know about it." His car also failed for emission as his check engine light was on. Once he found out, the customer became very rude and started cussingI told him to calm down several times. He left and came back accusing that my inspector damaged his car. He also acknowledged that his car had a few problems. He became very rude and threateningI asked him again to calm down. He did not. I made him aware that I was going to call the police and did so. The police came and he told the customer to stick around. As the police was done with us, found out that the customer left. I informed the police that this customer was not allowed to come to my property again. Some points to consider. We did not try to sell him any service after his car failed. Therefore we had no interest trying to make money. I have a customer who was in the waiting area and witnessed the whole incident and can support what happened. We also have a video recording in the waiting area that recorded the video of his going offThere is no audio. The body language is very revealing. This customer's action or misbehavior caused me loss of business as we had to get involved with him and they left. Will he compensate us? I am sorry the customer had a bad day. My staff did not do anything wrong and were professional. Thanks for allowing us to tell the facts that are supported by video recording and eye witness. Regards***
