My son [redacted] was seen in your Stafford office location about 1 year ago. I believe the date was Feb.24, 2014 My card was accidentally double charged ($80 instead of $40) at that time. We initially thought he would require an additional visit so the receptionist said it would just be a credit on his account. His condition fortunately resolved on its own and he did not require additional treatment. I contacted the office for a refund. They instructed me to call the [redacted] location which I did. I was advised the refund would be mailed to me. It never was. I have called many, many times since then. Each time I am advised my refund will be mailed but it hasn't. I am very frustrated at having spent a year trying to get a $40 refund from what I have heard is a reputable practice. Please pay the money that you owe me. I know if I owed money I would have been subject to collections quite some time ago. I only ask the same courtesy that you ask of your patients. Pay what is owed.
