Staff Pro has investigated Mr***’s complaint and determined that no offer of compensation is warranted As stated in his complaint, Mr [redacted] had already passed through the screening area when his companion attempted to enter with a plastic bag containing unknown types of pills in violation of the venue’s policies Mr [redacted] then elected to involve himself in a situation that did not pertain to him that was being competently handled by our staff Our investigation has determined that our employee acted appropriately and professionally at all times Contrary to Mr***’s allegations, there was no physical contact between our employee and his unknown female companion and the contact between Mr [redacted] and our employee was limited to that necessary to secure her own safety after Mr [redacted] attempted to strike her Staff Pro took no property from Mr [redacted] or any of his companions and did not prevent any of Mr***’s companions from entering the show

paperwork and did not send it to corporate.   The guard card was submitted to BSIS, see below. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to clear this up with your office.
