11/19/2015Re: Complaint ID ***To Whom it May Concern,While Staff Pro certainly apologizes to Mr*** for his experience at Freaknight on 10/31/2015,Staff Pro had a limited role is the issues that Mr*** is complaining about.USC Events, the event
promoter, was responsible for the following through their security team:• The list of prohibited items which called for a thorough screening process.• The type of search performed to minimize illegal drugs from entering the facility• The number of staff conducting the searchesStaff Pro, on its own volition, actually increased the number of entrances and screeners on night two(10/31) to help decrease the time it took to enter the facility.Additionally, the USC Events security team also oversaw the egress and searching of guestsAt no pointdid they ask Staff Pro to lighten the searchIn fact, they pulled guests into secondary searches.At no point did any Staff Pro employees intentionally touch a guest in an inappropriate manner.The forecast for rain and unseasonably cold weather was well known in advanceDespite the forecast,many guests wore next to no clothes to the eventAgain, this is an issue that Staff Pro does not control.I am not attempting to deflect responsibility for the bad experience Mr*** had at Freaknight.However, I do not think he appreciates the various roles that the various companies supporting theevent have in relation to its outcome.Again, I greatly appreciate Mr***'s negative experience but Staff Pro is not in a position to offerhim a refund.Sincerely,~ Mike R***Senior Director of OperationsStaff Pro Inc.*** *** ***Huntington Beach, CA
