My name Is [redacted] I am currently staying at the Stadium View Inn at [redacted] in [redacted] NY ***We are experiencing a number of health related issues as well as customer service issuesMy girl [redacted] and I, which the complaint is filed under are both residing here This all started with us coming home at around pm one night stated within the original complaint and our ac unit had been turned off as well as our fridge our food had spoiled and we usually sleep in the cold at nightI proceeded to tell the owner that the unit was off and he asked me why I wanted the unit onI then told the owner of the business that I sleep in the cold for breathing issues and he stated that I did not need to have the unit on because the weather outside was coldMy room was not as cold as I needed it to breath properly and then proceeded to say that I pay for the unit he then stated that he would turn it back onI mentioned the fridge also and he acted as if he never cut the power to that unit we were forced to throw out multiple items from our fridge that were spoiled including milk and frozen items from the local [redacted] storeI also waited three days to have the thermostats batteries in the room replaced something that should be in working order just like a carbon monoxide monitor or smoke detector After this occurance I inspected the room to find that there were mold spores forming on the ceiling as well as the back tiles to the shower area when the plastic was peeled awayThis is a definent health concern and I have not requested to change rooms because I have contacted the health department also regarding these issues and I would like it to be inspected along with water samples I have taken because of the blue tint to the water something I have never seen before at any motel/hotel I have ever stayed atVery concerning is me and my girlfriend are breaking out in rashes everytime we take a shower or drink the water at this establishmentWhen drinking the water we break out only in the stomach region but while showering we have broken out everywhere including legs,arms,buttocks,shoulders and faceThis alarms me quite a bit as everyone else at this unit buys bottled waterOn a one income budget this is almost impossible even with the help of food stampsFurthermore yesterday Sunday, April 24,he replaced all of the ac units filters when I saw him not replace mine I took the liberty to check the units filter which through picture and video evidence is filty and unsanitaryI then cleaned the outside of the unit with a towel only to find a complete blackening of the towel meaning that housekeeping is not even trained correctly on how to clean each roomFurthermore regarding the housekeeping problems we only have our sheets changed everyother day even when we request to have them changed and never on the weekends no matter what we say to the ownerOur cover and quilted sheet stated by the owner in a recording must be washed ourselves no matter the length of time that we reside within this roomThis goes against housekeeping policy and is a breach of duty at the Stadium View InnWith that said I would like to state that the owners wife very rudely has approached me many times when exiting the unit to tell me that we should cut our ac unit when leaving the room and to counter that we leave the fan on the unit on to maintain some type of fresh air within the room because the air is stagnant and disgustingWe have tried to open the window within the unit only to find that it is sealed shut.We have seen others with there window open within this motel making that very unfair to usI will however add that the bathroom does have a very small window but it is so small very little air can come through the unitLeaving our room door open would be a safety issue to our belongings, cash and ourselves that reside within the roomThe owner has personally asked to keep my door open when I leave the unit for fresh air and stated that I should for his sake turn off the fan on the ac unit I thankfully obliged to stop the furthering problemsThis did not stop them they are still progressing as of today the owners wife harrassed me about where to throw my garbage the receptical is completely full because for the past week they have been trying to improve conditions everywhere else in the motel except our roomThey are being prejudice because they know that we complained to the Revdex.com about them so our upkeep as well as our living conditions continue to worsen everydayWe are not using the ac unit at all at this time because there is also rust inside the unit I figured that out through further inspection today and the smell of urine and burnt hair covers the room only when we turn on the heat which is disgusting and to make a note this only happened after the complaint never before.I mean why would we want our room to smell like urine and hairIm sure I could go on for days about the issues here but with all that I said I believe that this place should compensate us with not only a refund or a place to stay but with paymentWe are going to seek that as wellThis finalizes what I have to say for now regarding the Stadium View Inn
