Hello [redacted] , I have spoken with [redacted] regarding her complaint # [redacted] After doing some research I discovered that our website service did not forward her email to me right away Due to the way the email was worded - and the fact that it was coming from an office email - the website service had mistakenly took it as a sales call They did not recognize that she was a customer looking for help (I included a copy of the email that [redacted] sent.) I explained this to [redacted] and she understood We also discussed the issue that she had at the laundromat and we came to a solution Thank you for your assistance in facilitating this Please email me back that you received this email and that this has been resolved Thank you!
