I was promised they would show me pictures of my vehicle prior to it being towed to prove that it was dented before,. They refused to show them to me because this company knows they are in the wrong or they lied to me all together and never took pictures to begin with. If you look at the original tow slip which I just added to this report, you will see they changed theirs after I complained about the dent. So when they say "The
tow slip is noted that their was prior damage" this was put in after the fact and is a straight out falsification.

Compaint# [redacted]. Vehicle was towed on 10/22/2015 per order of Boston Police for a Violation. It was noted that the vehicle had prior damage before it was towed, L/Fender was dented. Please see the attachment of Tow Slip# [redacted]. The tow slip is noted that...
their was prior damage. We did not damage Mr [redacted]'s car, all our towed vehicles are kept securely and no one went into the car. When Mr. [redacted] picked up his vehicle it was in the same condition as before the vehicle was towed.
In good faith, we would like Mr [redacted] to bring his vehicle in for our manager [redacted] to inspect the damage to his vehicle. We are a very reputable and honest company, and if we had any wrong doing would be the first to admit it, and take care of it. [redacted] is here Monday thru Friday, please have Mr [redacted] bring his vehicle in at his convenience. Thank you.

If
I bring my vehicle into your place, then you will have to pay me for the time I have to
take out of work as well. I showed you this dent when I was there and there is no need to bring it back. I have
attached a picture to refresh your memory. I
don’t believe that your company is representing an example of honesty
1: You told me you would show me pictures right before my car was
towed, and you wouldn't show them to me. So you either never took
pictures which you lied about, or you did take pictures and they show I am
correct. That alone is dishonesty. Reason 2: You falsified the
receipt after I brought this to your attention.
