They have horrible staff.. They never are polite ... They never answer phones n when you leave voice mails to cancel appointments they always say u never called.. They take forever to get back to you. Very rude. They should not have the job they have due to they can't do what they are suppose to. Had to go back to pediatric Dr for my kids because they always had trouble answering phones n get back I timely manner n they always wanted to say u didn't do something when u did .. Then charge u a arm n leg n the insurance arm n leg for nothing that was done.. They need to be fired n that office needs to start over left because the office staff n I will not pay for the three no show fees due to they don't do their job right period ... It needs fixed... I have three other friends that go there that will be contacting u too.
