Review: My mother is a widower on a fixed income. She went to this repair shop first to have an vehicle inspection done. They told her she needed repairs to pass inspection. $1500 and three weeks later she had to take the car in because the check engine light came on. $4,500 later, the computer system on the car has crashed, they 'replaced it' with a used unit, now the windshield wipers do not work and somehow there is 120,000 more miles added to the odometer. The car is still having issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The car is a 1997 Dodge Caravan, my mother could have bought a new car.Desired Settlement: Refund. I want New York State to inspect this station and check their records!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[redacted] we have solved the repair on this dodge caravan it came back

with a different problem of wipers not working we repaired that problem at no

cost to customer even through was not same problem and the customer has had car

back with no problems, the original problem was the dome light not working
